Paraguay partnership
Mountain View and La Iglesia Esperanza y Salvacion in Asunción, Paraguay, have been engaged in a partnership since 2022. The aim of the partnership is to help construct a new church building through financial support and physical labor. We also seek to build meaningful, lasting relationships with the people of Paraguay.
Mission teams
MVCN has had the privilege of sending 5 teams (so far) to Asunción! The first team was sent in 2022, and a new team will be going in the summer of 2026.

Every trip is different, so there’s something for everyone! In the past, our Paraguay teams have focused mainly on construction, but everyone is welcome (and you don’t have to be a professional in any regard). If you’re under 18, you must have a parent or responsible adult accompanying you.
-
If you’re interested in joining a team, stop by the Missions Table in the foyer or contact the church office for more information!

A “typical” mission trip to Paraguay includes

This has varied over different trips, so if you’re interested, attend an informational meeting during class time after church for more information.
